1. I have placed my Order, when it will be Shipped?

   The orders received before 3 PM are Shipped on same day. Delivery time will depend on your pin Code. It may take 3 to 7 days from the day of dispatch.  

2. How can I track my order?
   

   Your order status is updated to you via emails and Mesaages at every step. Once your order is placed  you would receive a message on your Whatsapp and an email with your order details. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a message on your Whatsapp with your tracking details.
    

3. Is there a COD Option available?
   

   Yes we Offer COD (Cash on Delivery). The Products which costs more than Rs 5000 will be Dispatched by paying (Rs 500 or 5% Minimum) Advance before product dispatch. Balance 95% Payment Cash on delivery. If you cancel a COD Order after dispatch advance amount will not be refunded.
    

4. What Payment Options do we Accept?

   You can pay us by using UPI, Debit Cards, Credit cards and Net Banking.
   EMI Options are also availble on our Payment gateway.

6. Can I cancel my Order?

   You can cancel your Order before the order Dispatch. After the Order is dispatched order cancelletion is not possible. If you are facing  any issue while canceling the order. Kindly contact us. If you cancel the order or refused to take the product. We will deduct both side shipping charges.

We also help you in product Warranty Period to get fast service.
